As the Office Manager, she handles various responsibilities that include accounts payable and receivable, budget management, daily office maintenance, and other administrative functions. With years of customer service experience, she ensures a positive client relationship from the very beginning. Arica has the knowledge and expertise to understand your needs and help to guide you through the construction process with ease.

Operations
Marlisa started her career with the VT Contracting team in 2020. Her background in communications and management gave her the experience to oversee systems related to daily operations, scheduling, and billing. She also takes the lead with insurance companies to handle claims. Marlissa goes above and beyond for every client, every time. With a penchant for top-quality customer service, our Operations Manager consistently exceeds client expectations with a smile.
ROSS ABRAHAM
Sales
Ross joined the VT Contracting team in May of 2020. His experience in sales and customer service allowed him to fill a specific niche in our Sales Department. His mission is to educate clients throughout the process, guaranteeing that there are no surprises. WINSTON QUESENBERRY
Superintendent & Sales
A former professional athlete, Winston has the drive and the leadership abilities to properly oversee construction at VT Contracting. As our Superintendent, he is responsible for monitoring every aspect of your project, supervising quality assurance, and completing the work within the specific time frame and budget. As the liaison between clients and on-site managers, he makes sure that your construction project is handled with care. Winston and the construction crews can take on just about any task, large or small, with excellent service and quality workmanship.
